We have two different retreat styles to choose from: Our signature Cycle Camp retreat, and a more laid-back version called Cycle Camp(ing).
Cycle Camp is a 5-day, 4-night event that you can think of as an all-inclusive spa resort + education event all wrapped into one. We stay in a luxury villa, eat chef-curated meals, go on fun excursions, do spa nights, and take you through classes on everything from cycle-syncing to nervous system regulation. It is the perfect place to rest, reset, and make your health a priority, all while being surrounded by like-minded women.
Cycle Camp(ing) was birthed from my desire to bridge my love for the outdoors with my love for spending time in like-minded community. I wanted to create an event that still had the same Cycle Camp magic (eating cycle-supportive foods, cultivating beautiful friendships, embodying a hormone-happy lifestyle) but wrapped in a slightly different paper. This event is less focused on education and more focused on just having an adventure with new friends. It's three days long and a bit more laid-back than the traditional Cycle Camp, but still includes all of my most favorite things. I see this event as the perfect reset for the spirit, mind, and body.
